This integrated initiative combines the Van Dhan Yojana with supporting schemes such as SFURTI, Mini-TRIFOOD, and ESDP, aiming to foster entrepreneurship, income generation, and empowerment among tribal women.

  • Financial Assistance to Students Belonging to Tea Tribes Community of Assam

    The Tea Tribes Welfare Department, Government of Assam, launched the project “Financial Assistance to Students Belonging to Tea Tribes Community of Assam” with the objective of promoting education among students from the Tea Tribes, a socio-economically backward group. The project emphasizes creating opportunities for higher education and skill development.

  • Skill Upgradation & Employment Generation under Fish Farming

    Fishing in Rajasthan’s tribal belt had long been dominated by contractors who leased reservoirs through competitive bidding. Local tribal households, though living beside these waters, lacked the skills, capital and legal priority to turn fisheries into a livelihood. RTADCF conceived a co-operative model to address this.

  • Shabari Naturals: Branding Indigenous Excellence for Tribal Livelihoods

    Shabari Naturals is a state-backed initiative developed by the Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahamandal to create market linkages for indigenous tribal products by transforming raw traditional items into value-added, branded consumer goods. The goal is to empower tribal communities by facilitating better access to premium markets and enhancing livelihoods.

  • Tribal Youth Micro Entrepreneur under Mukhyamantri Jan Jatiya Jeevika Mission (MMJJM)

    This was launched by the Government of Odisha to address the pressing issue of livelihood insecurity among tribal youth, particularly from PVTG communities. The mission aspires to transform tribal youth into successful micro-entrepreneurs.
